Cannot parse valid RSS feed
When I use http://www.12thman.com/rss.aspx
as the Feed URL in a Feed block, I get the error message:
An error occurred: Could not parse feed location http://www.12thman.com/rss.aspx:
http://www.12thman.com/rss.aspx
But the W3C says the feed is valid: https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.12thma...
It would be nice for Cascade Server to parse http://www.12thman.com/calendar.ashx/calendar.rss as well, but I acknowledge that feed is invalid.
We just upgraded to 7.14.1 - a785c but this seems to have been a problem before that.

Hi Michael,
Just wanted to let you know we're looking into this. I'm not quite sure why that particular feed is causing issues, but I'll update you once I know more.
Thanks

Cascade Server can parse the feeds once they've been run through Feedburner:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/AggieAthleticsCalendar
http://feeds.feedburner.com/AggieAthleticsNews

Hi Michael,
Sorry for the delay here. The issue here appears to be that the URL returns a 404 error if no user agent is provided with the request. Generally we'll pass a Java user agent with our requests, but sometimes those are blacklisted. I don't have an ETA as to when this may be addressed, but we do have an issue in our tracker for it that I've linked to this discussion. You'll see it on the right-hand side of this page under the heading 'An issue has been opened'. The state of that issue will change to 'closed' once we've implemented a fix.
Let me know if there are any additional questions I can answer in the meantime.
Thanks
