databaseExport and sendStaleAssetNotifications

According to the WSDL, databaseExport, unlike sendStaleAssetNotifications, is a global ability but not a site ability. Either the WSDL misses databaseExport for site ability, or Web Services Changlog contains incorrect information.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    Let me double-check with the developers, but it looks like databaseExport is strictly a Global Role. If this is the case, we'll try and re-word the changelog to make this distinction.

    My apologies for the delayed response to this discussion.

    I was able to confirm that databaseExport is for Global Roles only. I went ahead and updated the Web Services changelog accordingly.
