Unable to Apply Groups to Desintation in Cascade Server 7.10.1
I seem to have found a bug in Cascade 7.10.1. In the process of creating a new Site, I was setting up the appropriate Transports and Destinations and found myself unable to apply Group permissions to the Destination. When I edit the Destination and move the applicable groups from the left pane to the right, then hit submit, the choices will not stick. Once submitted I can see that no Applicable Groups show in the View tab, and if I re-edit the Destination none of my choices are available.
I also tried copying a Destination with the needed Groups over from another Site, but if I edit it and submit for any reason, those permissions disappear. Of course this makes me reluctant to edit any previously existing Destinations, which thankfully doesn't come up often.
I did notice that after multiple tries one of the Group choices, if I chose multiple, may stick, but on re-edit and submit disappears again. That behavior is very inconsistent, though. Maybe one out of ten tries.
Let me know if there is any way I can help diagnose the problem.

Thanks for the heads up. I was able to reproduce this as well so I went ahead and logged the issue here. Since this appears to be a regression, we'll look to have this fixed sooner rather than later.
