Add/Edit Link doesn't function well in IE 11
I saw two incidents so far.
- when you highlight text then hit Link button and choose
External, it doesn't give your a htttp:// field but Browse instead
(see snapshot).
- when you want to edit "title" of the link, you go to the link and hit Link button but the "title" shows blank even though when you go to HTML, it is in the code.
all of these work fine in Chrome. i also tried IE10, worked fine. i'm suspecting it's not a consistent issue. because i tried to replicate #2 on another page to get a snapshot and it worked fine. so i dunno.

Thank you for reporting this issue. My apologies for the inconvenience this is causing you.
The current version of TinyMCE we are using in Cascade Server supports up to IE10 and IE11 support was added with TinyMCE v4. Unfortunately, jumping to TinyMCE v4 will require quite a bit of overhead due to the major overhaul in their UI and plugin API (which we are using for the link and image choosers). That being said, it is definitely on our radar as we look towards supporting for IE11 in Cascade Server.
