IE 9 Dropdown issue

We are having an issue with a user on IE 9 where the drop down is not working. We are on Cascade 3.8.1

   Hi John,

   It almost looks as though there may be a JavaScript error that is causing the navigation and Site dropdown not to load. Can you confirm if there are any JavaScript errors listed in the Developer Tools?

   In the meantime, perhaps try clearing the browser's cache and reloading the page. Also, try removing everything to the right of home.act in the URL and loading the page.

   We found a work around, but you might want to add in a fallback.
