<p>Our apologies for the inconvenience. We transitioned to a new
support software yesterday and, because it is an entirely new
system, your old credentials will no longer work. While you can
submit tickets without registering, we highly recommend registering
so you can post on the public forum and view private topics that
are reserved for community members.</p>
<p>We appreciate your patience as we continue to transition to the
new software.</p>
